This covers the short enquiry form on this website — what it collects, why, and where it goes. Plain English, under two minutes.
What the form collects
When you complete the form, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your four answers: your biggest time drain, your monthly lead volume, your area of interest, and your preferred contact method.
Why we collect it
Only to get in touch about the consultation you asked for. Nothing else. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we never sell your data.
Where it goes
Your submission passes through a few services that make the form work. We name them plainly:
- Netlify — hosts this site and receives the form submission.
- n8n Cloud — runs the automation that routes your enquiry.
- Google Sheets — where your enquiry is recorded.
- Cloudflare — runs the site's cookieless analytics and the anti-bot check on the form (see "Analytics, cookies and bot protection" below).
- And, depending on the contact method you pick: an email provider (for email), Telnyx (for SMS), or Retell AI (for a phone callback).
How long we keep it
Right now your enquiry sits in a Google Sheet, and is kept until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it to follow up with you. We do not yet run an automatic deletion schedule — we would rather tell you that plainly than quote a retention policy we do not actually follow. To have your enquiry removed, just email us (below).
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email jacob@gven.ai — one address, no form to fill in.
Analytics, cookies and bot protection
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless — it sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other sites. It just counts page views and basic performance.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks you are a real person. To do that it processes your IP address and browser signals, for that purpose only.
That is the extent of it: no advertising, no cross-site tracking, and we never sell your data.
